Mike Milender and Byron White established Milender White Construction Co., a general contractor that provides preconstruction and construction management services. The firm has more than 30 years of experience with numerous projects completed in the Rocky Mountain region. Projects include hotels, offices, retail stores, recreational facilities and specialty buildings. Milender maintains a staff of project managers and engineers, estimators, site superintendents and administrative personnel, as well as craftsmen specializing in vertical concrete and rough carpentry. It is a member of the Hispanic Contractors of Colorado organization. HCC is a nonprofit association committed to creating a positive environment for Hispanic construction firms.
