I want to thank the staff and crews for taking care of our trees and lawn care needs. We have used Jones Tree & Lawn for over 25 years and they have always done a professional job. The office and crews that we have dealt with have always been so polite and have answered any questions we have asked and given outstanding customer service. Thank you again.

We ordered seven pines in early April 2012. Jones Tree and Lawn chose to deliver and plant them the hottest day of the year the end of June, while there was a massive fire in Colorado Springs and the air quality was horrible.Two trees failed immediately, as I believe they were already dying when they were planted, a third one shortly after. I finally received new trees to replace the dead ones, in May 2013. I was then immediately billed $350.00 for planting them. It took less than 20 minutes to plant these replacements. Jones lawn and Tree also blamed us for the trees dying although 4 did make it. Good bye Jones Tree and Lawn.

I called to set up a time for an estimate. Three days so far and no call from a rep. to schedule a time and date for the estimate. I have to know what day to put the dogs inside if I'm not home. That is a sure way to not get new business.

We had many trees requiring some pruning - including Aspen and a pine. A neighbors trees required removal of dangerous branches over our property - the neighbors weren' taking care of them - so we did! We had two overgrown and overdone juniper bushes that needed to be removed. We knew it was too much for us. From the first call to the office to Tom, the arborist, to Kevin and Tomas on the crew, you will get great service and work. Superior clean-up and superior people! Recommended highly! Knowledgable and reasonably priced!

I used Jones Tree and Lawn this last season to spray my trees and fertilize my lawn. The representative set up a program specific to my landscape. My trees were only treated for their necessary needs. My lawn has never looked better and with only 3 treatments!!! I have used other lawn companies and it seemed they were out every month. Jones is a refreshing change to other companies out there. This winter I needed some triiming. The crew was very professional and the trimming was nothing short of excellent. I will never use another company.

The repressenitive that came out and gave me an estimate was very knowledgable and friendly. When they came out the to do the job, the workers were very respectful and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. My trees look wonderful! I highly recommend them.

When calling Jones Tree & Lawn, you get to speak with a live and friendly person. The office was able to help with a question and also have a salesman stop out and look over my property in a timely fashion. A lot of times when you call a company, you get their voicemail. The salesman was knowledgeable and performed the services needed for my landscape.

I hired Jones Tree and Lawn, Inc. to trim our trees and to provide insect and disease control for all our trees and shrubs. The initial call was taken by courtious and helpful office staff. They in turn contected me with a Certified Arborist consultant who met with me at my home. He took the time to walk around with me and identified all the trees and shrubs and advised on the type of care, potential insects and trimming needs that would improve their health. Their prices are reasonable. The workers who did the work did a great job and were very professional. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a great tree care company.
