I wish I could give it 0 stars! Donna the owner is very nice and cordial when you walk in and purchase something but once the transaction is over she won't give you the time of day. She also misled us by telling us the item we ordered was made in the US and after doing research online we found out that it was made in China. She also messed up our order twice and was upset with us because when the reorder came in the color was still wrong. She originally told us she would refund our deposit when we placed the order, so when we decided to ask for our deposit back after two failed attempts at getting us the correct item (totally her fault), she was very rude, refused to help us, and insulted us in front of other customers. One of her daughters had to come out from the back and apologize for her mother and process the refund. It's a wonder that this woman has any customers with her Jekyl & Hyde act! Do yourself a favor and go to her competitors - they are much nicer and much more honest!

I have been looking up and down the county for a really quality bedroom set. I had specific size requirements and I also wanted a cool and classy look. I found the perfect platform bed. The salesperson was so helpful in helping me find what I was looking for, literally showing me over 10 catalogs then showed me the quality of the furniture from what they have on their floor. She also helped me with a floor plan so I knew exactly how I was going to place my set before I even got it. While I was there I also found the PERFECT bedding and lamps to go with it. I now have it in my home and I absolutely love it. I will be back soon as now I'm going to have her help me with drapes!

I have just received my bedroom furniture and I absolutely love it. I had seen it online and saw that Donna's was a dealer so I contacted them and they were able to give me pricing over the phone that was LESS expensive then if I purchased online. Plus they delivered it to my home and set it up! While waiting for the bed to arrive I had one of the designers from the store come out to my home and they helped me choose my paint color and tile. We purchased beautiful bedding and created matching draperies!! I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I would recommend Donna's to anyone, the staff is super helpful and their furniture is so UNIQUE and BEAUTIFUL!!

I went to Donna's to look for furniture for my new home. The selection was superb and they are friendly and very helpful. They helped with paint colors and window coverings. Great shopping experience.
