Great wine tasting experience! Great venue for picnics, live music, and fun with family, friends, and that special someone. We found it to be very relaxing and simply beautiful. Will definitely spend lots of time here this summer. You are not allowed to bring your own alcoholic beverages. If you do, they will take it from you before you are allowed to enter. Be warned! Wear comfortable shoes because there are hills.

Love, Love, Love! Even if you are just visiting the Nashville area, you must stop by. The outdoor seating is limited and tends to be overfilled on the weekends, so bring a blanket. There's live music in the vines on the weekend, which makes bringing a picnic and buying wine even better.

Worth it. There's really no more I need to say.

But, in the interest of saying things, as is so much a part of this forum, let me say the following words:

BEAUTIFUL
PEACEFUL
WINE

If you need even further convincing, let me explain how there are few things better in life than an evening spent enjoying a picnic at Arrington Vineyards. The jazz music is live; there are delicious yet overpriced foods available (I recommend packing your own picnic); the view is beautiful; and the wine tastings are cheap (they used to be free, although it is my understanding that last season the price changed to $10 for 4 pours to help cut down on the massive lines). The raspberry and blackberry wines are highly recommended if, like me, you are a giant wimp about your alcohol and vaguely like it to taste like juice. There is a great variety of wine available, and on the many occasions I have visited, no member of my party has ever left disappointed. If you want to skip the wine tasting line altogether, all wines are available for sale, both chilled and not. And you get to drink them all while overlooking a gorgeous vista as the sun sets and the band plays. Not a bad deal for zero dollars.

Going her is like being transported to another country. The grounds are lush and beautiful. It's the perfect place for a picnic with friends! I absolutely love their wine! My favorites are the dessert wines- particularly the raspberry wine! There is some seating but you can take blankets and chairs onto the grounds. There are also several picnic tables but during their busiest times those get packed pretty fast!
