I have been going to smile now for about 3yrs for ortho treatment, when my treatment first began I was very happy with my care, then...not sure but staff began to change and so did the leavel care. The receptionest is so rude and disrespectful to clints. I am so disspleased with my care from here and would not recomend anyone to seek treatment here.

horrible - unorganized, incompetent, rude. my son was going to have his ortho cares done at the arlington location. never saw the dentist once there, we get a bill for a missed dental appointment for our son. huh? then when i tried correcting this, the lady told me she would reverse the charge as a one time courtesy huh? LOL what? we never have or wanted to see the dentist only ortho. was needed! another time, had an appt with the ortho. got off work to take son and then we find out they made the appt with the dentist NOT the ortho. wasted trip, wasted time off. i have called 3 times asking someone to call me back explaining what my sons braces needs are...still 3 months later no call! needless to say we are done. this place is horrible! also the ortho. quote we got from them was almost 2000.00 more than the other 2 ortho quotes we received! rip off! such a frustrating place to deal with!
