I was very disappointed this morning with Ellie's restaurant at the airport in Arlington Washington. At least three tables of people got their food before our table did yet they came in after us. We absolutely felt like the waitress completely forgot we were there. I had to get someone's attention and call someone over to ask about it. No apologies just an excuse. I realize they're terribly busy but when you wait 20 minutes to be seated and then you have to wait 25 minutes to get your food and only after you've had to call someone over about it , it's inexcusable. And when the food arrived it was barely warm. This is actually the second time this has happened to at Ellies. The first time the manager came out with apologies and actually did not charge us for our meal which was very sweet. Today zip no apology no nothing. We will not be back.
