This establishment never ceases to amaze me in their lack of customer service and satisfaction. Again and again I order food to return home, finding sometimes that I did not get a single thing I ordered. I call and they claim they cannot do anything to satisfy me, the customer, the reason they are employed. I am very disappointed in the staff and their care for the customers, and their business. I have been to this Taco Bell, using the restroom, and found fecal matter on the floor. I hope that their cleanliness is much better in the kitchen. I cannot begin to describe my distaste and disgust with this establishment and I will furthermore cease my eating there.

i have been a resisdent of arlington for 27 years, and have visited every fast food chain in the area. The other night while eating at taco bell on lee highway i almost swallowed an o-ring(A plastic ring used on machines). When i confronted the manager about this she nonchalantly said "i'm sorry", and continued on with her night.
