Eventhough this dealership is out of the way for me-I will continue to use them for any necessary repairs, oil changes, etc. The service team was excellent. Not only did they get me in the next day to fix three windows, they called me continuously to let me know the status of my car. When it was finished, the staff was super courteous and professional-joking with me, yet explaining thoroughly what was done to my car. I was greatly relieved that Rosenthal Jeep could take care of my future needs. I had gone to another local jeep dealership and never been so discouraged in my life. Thanks to Rosenthal, my confidence has been restored in Jeep.
