Nice people, and great service

Actually i have had only great Experiences at East Bay watches, I have been a customer at East Bay watches for about 3 years and the customer service is great, the watch service is great and the watches there are very nice..I Recommended the watch store to my friends that live in the area because of the fabulous service there, so that's why i keep going back, must say they did a great job in repairing my expensive Movado watch .

Do not trust this business. I left my watch band to be repaired and was told it would cost $8.00 and to return in 20 minutes to pick it back up - my watch band was not staying closed properly. When I returned, the person in the shop literally threw the watch at me and told me it was broken and it was broken before I brought it in there. I couldn't figure out why she was doing this until I looked at the band and could obviously see that she had taken a pair of pliers to the the band, mutilated the band, and broken it in the process - something I could have done for free at home, had I not wanted someone who supposedly knew how to properly repair a watch work on it. This person had no idea what she was doing and now I have a watch with a truly expensive repair and a mutilated watch band. I'm now going to have to go to someone else to have all of the damage she did repaired.
