As a parent of 2 kids that has spoken to numerous Child Care Agencies throughout the DC Metro Area, I highly recommend this placement agency! The staff is very professional, highly skilled, and carefully selected to ensure the best care for your kids. Founder Paulette Ellison takes the time to learn about all the special needs of her clients, and from her 20+ years experience, it is obvious that she genuinely strives to ensure the absolute best nanny for each family. By the way, don't let the name mislead you! The owner is very proud of her heritage and beliefs, but welcomes all faiths and does not instill her beliefs on others. That said, her strong moral values and standards speak highly for her character, so you would be in very good hands!
