A total rip off. I cancelled my order made on 3/10/2016 and was told that it was cancelled. I did not think any more till today, 10/4 2016 when I received a paid in full invoice. My credit card company said to much time had passed to dispute charges.

I have waiting patiently for a refund. I was promised a advertisement on a local company pizza box and as a bonus they would throw in another not so local pizza box. When I got the proof the local pizza company was no where to be found, just the not so local company. Come to find out they don't even have a contract with the local company. Very smooth sales people. Been promised a refund since September. Stay away, this has been a lesson learned.

So, this was fun. I took no fewer than 15 phone calls from their salesperson who was selling ad space on the back of t-shirts for "football season" for a local high school in Texas. They went to all of the trouble of helping me design my logo to go on the t-shirt. Something seemed off to me, though, so I called the high school in question. Turns out that high school doesn't even have a football team. When I confronted the sales guy on his next phone call with this information, the next response was "well, it's for football SEASON." The high school in question does have t-shirts like this from other companies for other sports, but none from this one. I strongly suspect they send you the two they promise you as a "sponsor" and may or may not send a handful to the school in question. Total scam. The phone calls to me came from (563) 823-7008. Beware.

BUYER BEWARE They contacted our agency to purchase Emergency phone # magnets They said they were to be distributed to all the county offices and in the local sheriff dept. No magnets were in any office except ours. Then They started hounding us to purchase Maps there were only 2 business that they had on the map and one was medical dispensary and said it was next to our insurance office which it was not. 3rd and last time they apologized, Offered a fantastic deal on magnets again this time they were the wrong kind twice the price. Last straw was today when I got a call this morning and I the lovely lady stated that she was on the city planning board and that she was returning the call I looked the number up while talking on the phone and said to her no you are not she proceeded to tell me that I must just be a secretary As Minority owner I proceeded to tell her that non of calls will ever call again I say Block the number folks they are Rude and Rip offs

This company is out of control of quality. Please avoid them. As a marketing agency, I purchased map advertising from them for a local business and agreed to pay half up front and half on delivery for historical map advertising.

1. They tried to get me to make final payment before delivery even though our agreement was half up front and half on delivery.

2. When that didn't work, they invoiced my client directly, and they invoiced for the full amount even though I paid half up front.

3. When they finally printed the maps three months later, they did not use the ad copy submitted.

4. They never ran the ad they made by us for approval.

5. The ad they made was just text with the business name, and phone number, and an address. Both the phone number and address were wrong.

6. On July 1 I called them to request my money back. They refused to let me speak to the manager who makes those decisions, Lisa Humble. Instead I had to play telephone game with a woman who apparently doesn't give her real name to customers, Denise (aka Marla). After some negotiation, they promised they would refund the money to my credit card.

7. As of 8-15, no refund to my credit card. When I called back, they continue to let me speak to anyone who is allowed to know or do anything (i.e. - Lisa Humble). Marla / Denise promised that the credit had been requested.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY and here is why!!!! 1. The owner (JIMMY GILDENBLATT...GOOGLE SEARCH HIS NAME AND IT WILL SHOW UP) was arrested for drug possession while his 9yr old dughter was asleep in the back seat of the car. He was stopped in the middle of the road with car still running and cocaine in passenger seat and he was found by police officer passed out behind the wheel and his foot was on the brake...THAT WAS ON THE NEWS AND PUBLIC RECORDS! 2. They hire ex-cons and these people will have access to your bank account numbers.3. Also, the sales people will charge the account without authorization from the buyer and that is done on a regular basis. 4. They will NEVER send out a paid invoice with a zero balance which will only confuse the buyer to pay again (doubling and tripling paying) when you do catch it you do NOT get reimbursed 5. They have multiple DBA's because they can't use the same name twice because businesses do NOT repeat with them. 6. If you have an issue it NEVER gets resolved and you will get the run around. 7. The sales people will mislead the buyer and they mislead the Chamber of Commerce when attempt to set up. 8. ALWAYS CHECK OUT WHO YOU ARE GIVING YOUR BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER AND CREDIT CARD TO. 9. Check them out on the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and see what their report says....It will take awhile because all the negative reports are long just as their DBA's. 10.I could go on and on but not enough time. I hope this helps businesses that makes their money the honest way. Also, the majority of the employees can not pass a drug test just like the owner.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!...

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! I requested a proof of the ad that i was to receive. after calling 3 different times i received 8 invoices and never a proof. I recieved my ad and it was completely messed up...to the point of not saying what type a business we are even running. Just hours and days of operation. I called to complain. The first lady had no clue what she was doing. She transferred me to the lady that sold me the ad...once again she had no idea what she was doing. I asked to speak to the manager. This lady hates her life because she was the rudest person I have dealt with in along time. They were giving me a $100b discount because they admitted their fault in the mess up, but then proceeded to tell me i couldn't pay with a money order to recieve the discount...i had to pay online or over the phone to receive the discount. This company is garbage and totally unprofessional. My ad was was a total disaster. I give them no stars because how rude and unprofessional they were. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!...okay apparently the website is forcing me to give them one star to even post this....thats more than this company deserves.

These folks contacted me out o...

These folks contacted me out of the blue wanting to give me promotional material in connection with my local chamber of commerce. I called the Better Business Bureau only to find out they had over 400 complaints filed against them in the last 36 months. Buyer Beware! Not saying they are good or bad, just what I found when researching them. They do business under multiple names (since 1974) and the principal owner/operator is Lola ? I wouldn't give them any stars but you have to in order to post.
