I bought a gift card from them which they forgot to activate, so I call to talk to someone at the store. they listen to my problem then just put me on hold and never return. I've been waiting for hours to speak with a manager and the operator told me they do no returns on gift cards. they gave me a blank card and took my $50 and refuse to fix it even though I have the receipt showing I bought it from them

Very busy location. Kind of dirty and way too overcrowded. Needs updating and better organization.

TOYS R US HAS ALOT MORE SELECTION OF TOYS THAN WAL MART... BUT THE ARE HIGHER

The company now uses a call center for customer service. Twice I have called for availability of a product and was told that it was in stock. Both times I made an unecessary trip to the store location only to find that the item was not available.
