I had a biopsy done 3 weeks ago, and have been unable to get any information. I have called Solis, called my dr. Nothing. The dr and nurse who performed the biopsy said I would be called in 3-5 business days. When I called Solis I was transferred to 3 different people then back to reception. She seemed annoyed to be talking about my concern, saying they never call and I will get something in the mail in 2 weeks? I asked why the dr and nurse told me a call would come. She said they didn't know - ? So there is a total lack of communication among the people there, and I am here just wondering what my results are. I have never had trouble with mammograms, but if you need further help - good luck.

Highly NOT recommended!!!!!! Find somewhere else to go. Can't keep appointment times with no explanation. Don't value their patients time only their own overbooked schedule. Former patient
