This is the WORST soccer store in DFW. Son bought a headgear that his doc did not approve and this store is ONLY one that has this model but won't give refund. What the heck? No refunds on NEW UNUSED items? Only store credit. Money hungry mongers. Hopefully they will learn or go out of business. Really wish there was some soccer store competition to eliminate businesses like this. Go to Soccer Corner. They allow returns and refunds and only couple blocks away.

Incompetent and Poor Service

Cashier took my cash payment of $40 for a $27 transaction and got distracted after I handed him the money. He tended to his distraction and returned to give me $3 change. I called him out on it and he stood in confusion since he never entered the amount I handed him into the computer. I called for a mangager and they counted the register. It was off, but not by $13, so they refused to give me the proper amount of change. I asked to see the security tapes to illustrate that the employee had walked away from my transaction immediately after he put the money in the drawer but was refused. It had consumed over half an hour of my time so I wrote it off and left the store. Management is supposed to take the bullet for incompetent employees, not the customer.

Had to wait 15 minutes for the machine they use to put numbers on uniforms to heat up because they do not keep it on. Be sure you are not in a hurry like I was during lunch. Went down the street to another soccer store and they had their machine on and I was in and out in 3 minutes.

I recently went to Sister Sister for micro braids, and it too was my second time going. The first young lady was very pleasant, but like the previous customers, the second young lady that I was passed off to, to complete my braids was very rude did not bother to talk to me at. I found that she lacked customer service skills, she stayed on the phone the entire time, if she was not on the phone she was busy taking care of her child she brought to work with her. The money spent there at the shop I expected alot more, and the braids have started to come out only after two weeks, because they were half knotted. After the young lady was finished braiding, she did not bother getting the hair off of me nor did she thank me for my service.

They are rude

I have shopped at Entertainmart since they opened I have sold to them and I have bought from them but here lately the employees are really starting to treat me and my family bad!!! They act like we are out to stel from them!! They may be nice the first time you go in there but beware if you are in there more then one time they are going to treat you like you are out to stel from them!!! Also another complaint I have with them is they change the buying rules up and do not let any one know and also the post all these fliers for the raffle for the free WII and it states "Come in today and get your free raffle ticket" and they are trying to say that you have to buy something to get that free raffle ticket!!! I have gotten very disgusted with them and now I do not EVER want to go back in that store!!! If I want to be treated bad I would go to Walmart!!!!!!!! The management really needs to step in and say something to all these employees at the Arlington location before they lose most of there business!!!!!!! Rude employees makes for a bad company!!!! Right now they rate up there with Walmart!!!!!!!!!

Poor return policy

Spent $200 on soccer shoes for my daughter. After wearing them for less that 20 minutes at practice, she did not like the way they felt. Long story short, they refused to take them back. No exchange, no money back, nothing. Very poor customer service when we went in to buy the shoes as well. Not good business!!!

Wonderful Braids

I've been going to sister sister for 3 years and i get exceptional service every time, the employees are very pleasant and always work to please the customer, the braids always remain intact and last for 2-3 months i recommend this shop to anyone who wants to get braids they to all types and weaves

I went to Sister Sister the first time the women doing the hair were very rude.I wanted to give them a second chance and recommended them to my sister visiting out of the country and she said they were rude to her also.They don't honor your appointments they overbook purposely just to get more people in the store and you are waiting a long time just to be seen. I spent a total of $460.00 at that salon and I won't be going back there again, they need to work on their customer service skills. They make a lot of money at that salon and treat people with no respect.
