This Mexican food restaurant has a large, extensive menu with plenty of options to choose from. They do serve alcohol, so you can enjoy a glass of sangria or a margarita while dining. They have patio seating for those who like to enjoy outdoor dining. This is a family friendly restaurant and the service was great. The one negative is the high noise level inside the restaurant, and it is probably different during slower times. We were there on a busy Friday evening. The food is great and we would definitely recommend this place.

First visit was everything I was looking for. Very nice atmosphere great enchiladas. They had a ton of chicken, unlike most places to on their lunch special. This may not be the best in the world, but they are definitely a step up from most places

We came to Rio Mambo in south Arlington after a track meet. It was a Friday afternoon, just after 2 o'clock. We have been here before at night, and at that time the service and food were great, even though it was a very crowded establishment. Today, however, it was another story. Even though Rio Mambo was empty, the service was very slow, our server was surly at best and the food was not at the high standard that one would usually associate with Rio Mambo. I would hope that this is a one-time glitch with a coachable moment for the server and staff. However, next time we will take our business to El Arroyo.

I would like to give Fernando Romo a big 'pat on the back'. My neice and I stopped in at Rio Mambos, in Arlington, last December, not knowing what to expect. We were greeted and promptly served by Fernando. In no time at all, he had filled us in on all the interesting facts about the restaurant. Before we left, we felt like we had known him forever, and promised to return later that week and bring some friends. We did exactly that, and have returned at least once a week, every week since then, and brought lots of friends with us. Everyone enjoyed the great service by Fernando! He is so professional and really makes everyone feel so special and at home..Please thank Fernando for all of us who value his professional service and pleasant attitude. I feel you are very fortunate to have such a valued and dedicated employee!
