I'm a spa member at this location. I love Gabby. She's my absolute favorite employee in this spa. If it wasn't for her, I'm not sure I'd have the utmost loyalty to use this particular site. She's the only person here I feel actually goes out of her way for every customer that walks in, and is completely honest with all of her sales and advice that are spa related. I don't just feel like a customer when she's working, but a an actual friend or a real "spa member." She doesn't just put you in a bed and leave you, but she asks about your day/ week, offers advice on how to keep the optimal tan, and is just a fantastic employee. She definitely makes the money I pay worth it. I do agree with the comment below, as Kim hasn't ever shown appreciation for her customers. It's all about sales and money, but hey, it is a business and they are out for your money, like a lot of places. Speaking of other employees there, the girl that works on Sundays (short, dark hair) is the absolute WORST. Even when you have an appointment, she never cares about setting up a bed for you, and just listens to rap music up front. One time I called 6 times to make sure their was availability, and the phone kept hanging up. I came in and asked, and she thought it was a "telemarketer." Convinent. This has happened a couple of times. I've had to wait in a robe after doing a hydration bed for 10-15 minutes at a time while she sat up front not paying attention. I couldn't just walk to the front in front of the windows, as everyone outside could have seen me in a robe. After almost having to yell for attention to put me in a tanning bed, she did so without apologizing. I won't go into detail why Gabby is the best employee here compared to everyone else. But, she is the reason this review is 5 stars.

This is the WORST tanning salon I've ever been to and the owner KIM is extremely rude and is doing unethical sales practices. They lie to your face and only care about pushing you to buy into their crappy spa services and sell you their products. They are extremely over priced, and the few tanning beds they have are so dirty that I broke out into a severe skin rash. I tried to get my money back as soon as they opened the next day because they never told me that I couldn't cancel. They claim they don't have a cancellation policy and I was shocked when I asked the owner Kim to cancel just ONE day later, she got hostile with me and refused to give me my money back. You are FAR better off going to a clean salon like Palm Beach down the street!!! Don't waste your time or money at this dirty place with horrible customer service.
