looked great at first

Paid 750 for bracket and TV mounting, soundbar, remote on cable box....hdmi cable was damaged when TV fell an imch, can only watch the lowest hdmi without scrambled dots, sound bar can't be operated by any remote control created, they didn't have a source of power for remote cable box I had to supply it. They flat out refused to come fix ANYTHING.
