They claim quick 2 week turn around on their website but say 4-5 when you order. I approved art, paid and gave sizes 6 weeks ago and today was told our baseball jerseys still won't be here this week. And now the coward won't answer my calls or emails. Furious.

Kelley makes great products to begin with! Very sturdy and all real leather gloves and amazing bats. At the Arlington store the Manager seemed to know quite a lot about the product he was selling. The great thing was that he didn't try to up-sale me on something I didn't need. I went in to the store to order uniforms for my organization: they came out great and very quickly like in 4 weeks. Their baseball pants are like no other. I ended up buying one of their baseball bats for my son and the whole team has fell in love with it! They have a pretty sweet trade-in deal where you buy a bat and bring it back and get a new one of any size for only $100! Kelley is definitely the sports store to go to especially for baseball and softball goods.

The customer service in this store has put a bad taste in my mouth. The staff would really serve better to take some customer service skills. Any time a question was asked while I was in the store, I was treated like I was bothering them. I do not believe until the store makes some changes that I will be back for my children's baseball needs. It is a shame to have a company who is a big company have their name tarnished by employees customer skills.
