I hesitated after walking in: nothing but teens behind the counter and all the way back the kitchen. But I was hungry and this place is not too close to any other quick alternative... .

I ordered meat only: sliced brisket and half a rack of ribs. The ribs were the way I like them: simple rub and you get to use your teeth to pull the neat off the bone. The brisket were melt in your mouth tender (and I did not even order a 'moist' cut). Ribs had more of a smokey flavor than the brisket, but it was all good.
