I used to visit that "other chain restaurant" but decided to try Freebirds one day while shopping in Arlington Highlands. I'm so glad I did.

On my first visit the server asked had I eaten there before. He probably could tell from me extensively looking at the menu. He patiently and happily explained all my options even though there was a small line behind me. When the next server assisted with the fillings she had a great attitude as well as I asked about some of the toppings. Lastly, the cashier asked if I wanted to add some items like drink, dessert and made sure to enroll me into there rewards program. I was impressed by their customer service PLUS the food is GREAT!

ANY time I go they all have great personalities and exceptional customer service.

I am a burrito fan and was excited when Freebirds came to Arlington... I had heard from some people at work that they were as good as Chipolte, but had different options.



However, I did not find the food flavorful at all. In fact, it was so bland and tasteless that none of us finished our food. I took one bite and thought, surely I just didn't get a good bite. Nope, two more bites later was even worse.



My family will never go back.

OMG!!! IS the first thing i have to say...from the decor down to the servers...everything was GREAT!!! I've had Chipotle and love Chipotle...but unlike Chipotle, Freebird offers different tortilla choices, also have a vary of other condiments (add-ons)...Which was also great..And different sizes of the burrito for all to try...I stuck with the Freebird...but for others that dont eat much you can try the 1/2 bird which is half of the Freebird if you didnt kno...Which none of that Chipotle offers. When i got there the line was to the next restaurant literally, but it was worth the wait. And, once you get inside, the servers are so nice....Would defintely go back again...its kinda like Chipotle Who??
