This contractor is a scam artist he will start A job want you to pay for materials and then give you a different price than his bid after the job is finished and try to take to take you to court to get some made up amount of money. Also his workmanship is of very poor quality he built a stone structure and part of it collapsed after 3 weeks and he will not return phone calls to honor his made up one year warranty I had to have another company finish this project.
