Upon making another extremely positive recommendation about our business relationship with Champion National Security, our service provider for over a decade, to a potential customer I was informed by her about a negative review she discovered here on yp. She inquired to me about its truth as she wished to make the best decision possible for her company.



After reviewing the report, I was extremely shocked and surprised. Not only did I inform her that the information was completely fictitious, but wished to go one step further and write a quick review of our experiences with Champion. In all likelihood, this appears to be written by a disgruntled employee due to the type of specific, selective information rendered.



With that said, I can only convey OUR experiences with Champion National Security. To sum it up with one sentence, Champion and their management/dispatch team have always been available to us 24/7, responded to last minute coverage request needs with qualified and seasoned officers, promptly addressed ANY negative issues that ever arose (although only a very few), kept excellent records (post instructions, electronic reports, etc.), suggested many proactive ways to improve our safety procedures and have maintained an extremely low turnover rate at our account while possessing the same post commander for over 8 years.



We would highly recommend Champion National Security to anyone seeking a service-oriented protection company. Professionally, and personally, I would be appalled if something like this was written about our company. For someone to do so regarding a decision WE have made in choosing Champion, feels virtually the same way. When my counterpart asked me to explain our experiences with Champion... I told her to simply read this review and she would know.

The security and management staff at Champion National Security provide world class service and are highly trained to be professional and knowledgeable. I switched to Champion a little over 6 months ago and am very satisfied. The previous company that I had would send different guards it seemed like every week, they had a high turn over rate. With Champion I get the same guards and know that I can count on a great attitude and great security. Its comforting having a company that I can trust and depend on. Keep up the excellent work.
