SORRY SERVICE!!! The owner Lee has no customer service and the little oriental lady is RUDE! Picked up my husbands laundry and when I got it home we had some women's pants that weren't ours! After they basically called my husband a liar saying that we had the right pants I took them back up there and she said oh yes those pants go to another store. I asked where my husbands pants are and she had no idea! maybe another store!!! RoundTree & York pants are NOT CHEAP!!!! DO NOT USE THIS CARELESS CLEANERS

TOALLY UNETHICAL AND CARELESS! I brought a pair of $300. white denim and leather pants to them and they DESTROYED them! On top of that they wouldn't acknowledge their mistake, instead blaming the manufacturer of the pants. I called the manufacturer and they said of hundreds sold ZERO had come back like that, this was dry cleaning error. They did not look to see if the LEATHER was safe to clean and it bled all over discoloring and ripping the leather itself. This was obviously their fault. And to add to the insult they still charged me for dry cleaning of the pants, and will not reimburse me....they said it's not their problem!! DO NOT USE THEM....THEY CLAIM NO ACCOUNTABILITY TO DAMAGE DONE ON THEIR WATCH!!!! Sad when people can't just say their sorry and do the right thing.
