Be careful in renting from this location. I had a good experience with a nice new truck that went well. Then on my second time at this location they gave us a piece of junk and we had to make 2 time consuming trips instead of one to complete the job. They told us that the new truck on the lot was already rented and we would have to take the smaller truck. Then when we returned the truck they insisted that we had rented that truck on the last time which my wife and son knew as I did that we had not. The manager blew a gasket and curshed me out and told me never to come back. His smart mouth wife jumped in and put in her two cents worth but at least she did not use profanity. The guy is a jerk and his wife is Mrs Jerk. I reported this to Penske and they are A OK. I will continue to use Penske. They are a very good company. This is just a bad location run by two people that need some serious PR training.
