There are so many places in our lives that we don't feel at ease to be who we truly are. My goal is to provide clients with a warm, nonjudgmental environment that allows them to feel safe expressing themselves, as I believe that this is the only way true therapeutic change can happen. I believe that it is only when we become comfortable and loving towards ourselves that we can be truly comfortable and loving with those we choose to connect with and connection is everything when we want to experience a more fulfilling life.
