We had a squirrel trapped in our Basement Furnace room, and within one-hour of my call, Byron from ABC was there. Thanks to his efforts, this squirell was caught.I cannot say enough about the professionalism and dedication of every employee I encountered, Whether talking to their agents on the phone, or to one of three technicians I spoke to (Byron, Chris & Vito), this Company was filled with excellent employees, who are dedicated to great customer service and care.I will happily recommend ABC to any of my friends.

I initially had a good experience with ABC Willife the first time we had them come out and trap some racoons. However, the second time, a few months later, we had them come out again and set a trap. We paid the initial fee of $100.00 or so for them to set the trap. The trap was set in a completely differnt location with different bait then the first time, which resulted in us catching a squirrel instead. We did not hire them to trap a squirrel. So they are still charging us 85.00 to catch a squirrel . We don't have a problem with squirrels. Seems like a lot of money to pay when the service initially hired to perform was never accomplished. I will never use them again.

These guys are great. The response time was fast. Knew exactly what to do, did it fast without much damage. Got the animal out and relocated it. Would recommend them to any one!!!

Not very helpful in resolving an animal problem. Was given a 3- 4 hour window morning of appointment told them I would be gone for 30 mins. and it appears that is the exact time they wanted to come even though I was given a 3-4 hour window. So after taking the day off they wanted to reschedule for a different day. Asked to speak to a manager. Talked to a person who claimed to be a manager but would not provide his name and was very unprofessional. I am asked to be flexible but they are not?
