OK i've had 3 bad expierences there and allot of people have as well....from racist clerks to cracked games.



1. i purchased new supermario bros wii recently, the game wasn't in its case when i went to the store (10 mins later) they gave me attitude and shoved the receipt in my face!!!! no lie i recorded it with my ipod nano this time (since it wasn't my first bad expirience) im currently looking for a lawyer.





2. i purchased 2 games got 1 free , one of the games was compleatly destroyed ...the asian dark skin toned clerk (who wasn't wearing a badge) told me he wouldn't return it because i didn't have the other 2 games!!!!!



3. purchased a giftcard. Biggest mistake ever waste of 30$ ...when i checked my balance it was ....you GUESSED IT 0 $

THE CLERK GAVE ME THE WRONG CARD OR HE DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER CASHING IT!!!





I'VE CONTACTED GAMESTOP CUSTOMER SUPPORT SO FAR ALL I GET IS ''SPEAK TO THE MANAGER''



THE THING IS THE MANAGER IS SOMEHOW MAGICALLY NEVER THERE!!!!!
