We found this place by accident a couple of years ago, just a cold walk-in. We were so pleased by the quality of service and the friendly atmosphere, we remembered it next time we needed help with glasses. We found the same cordial, thorough treatment at a reasonable price for one of us, no charge for the other. It felt more like an enjoyable social call than a business transaction--with the advantage of walking out with clean, spiffy, perfectly adjusted eyeware. Highly recommended.

I can’t say enough about the excellent service I got from Rich who is the owner. He is totally customer oriented and highly skilled. His staff is very friendly and share his vision for customer satisfaction. When I began searching for my ideal frame I wanted a flexible frame with no frame on the bottom of the lens and magnetic sunglasses and visited several local opticians and came up empty. An internet search led me to the Flexon 806 mag set frames. Upon searching Flexon’s site for a local optician I came across Main Line Optical. When I met Rich he said he would order the frames at no obligation and there was absolutely no sales pressure. Two days later they were in and I loved them and went forward with the purchase. The lens needed to be tweaked slightly and Rich has done everything in his power to make these perfect for me. I will never go anywhere else.

Great service! They go out of their way to find solutions to whatever problem you may have. I scratched my glasses and thought they could never be fixed, but they made them like new.

Rich fixed my glasses and I am thrilled. It was impressive to watch him work, carefully fashioning a replacement part for the one I had broken, and then painstakingly reassembling the glasses--like a surgeon. We have found our new optometrist.

One of the owners, Rich, was absolutely lovely and welcoming. My Ray Ban sunglasses had been broken (one of the arms of the sunglasses broke off) and I had tried to get sunglass hut to repair them and they wouldn't. I just walked in (no appointment) and Rich took my glasses and repaired them in 10 minutes. All at no charge. He even helped me adjust them to better fit my face!

I will definitely only being going to Mainline Optical from now on for repairs and fittings.
