The other reviewer hit the nail on the head. This doctor's office is totally non-responsive. It feels like they wait to respond until you really get mad. It's just not worth it. I get the feeling that the doctor has no control over his office, no empathy for his patients and wants to get you in and out of the office as quickly as possible. I had questions, but did not have the chance to ask them. The doctor left and I thought he was coming back, but no - he's done even if you are not.



He makes you feel that you are not worth the effort.

The doctors office is very, very difficult to reach. They never return calls or respond to the pharmacy's requests for refills. A simple thing always turns into a big ordeal.



On more than one occasion, after I have called and pleaded with the receptionist to get the doctor to approve my prescription refill, they send it to the wrong pharmacy. It's as though no one cares enough to make an effort to correct my patient record or look at the pharmacy number when they send in a faxed request.



As indicated, this is not a one-time occurrence -- it is an EVERY SINGLE time occurrence. My pharmacy really wants me to quit using him and I will.
