My little sister was traveling from Dallas to OKC after 15 hours of traveling at 4am. She was worried about falling asleep while driving, so we quickly booked her a hotel for March 15th using Priceline. When she arrived we realized that the booking I made was for a check in time of 3pm that same day. She was told by Arazin Bankaz, the manager on duty, that he could do nothing for her. He said since we booked in on Priceline.com that he could not assist with any changes. For 20 minutes we called customer service and were put on hold and were told multiple times "All lines are busy." Now she is driving and will pull over at a gas station to sleep because she's so exhausted and saddened by this idiot's lack of people skills or customer service. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL!!!! If you have a family member who is far away and they are in a predicament, you cannot guarantee their safety and assure a safe night's sleep for them here.

the pictures are not doing justice. they look like the pick of the one with two beds. they are not as big as the pics make them look. not to bad. I have stayed in worse but don't let the gimmicks fool you. not worth the price. the laundry machines they offer are not worth anything. lots of riff raff walking around. the rooms aren't to bad but that's all you get for the money, a bed. not like the whole experience is horrible. the building and everything in it is just out dated. I have had same quality for half the price. just advising to look at other hotels and make sure this is all you can get before staying
