I would not ever use these people. Lady that answers the phone is rude as hell and hangs up on you. Don't care about safety. They are not professional either.

This guy is a jerk, was being very understanding and he said "sorry my trucks too big I'm not getting stuck good bye" *click* do not use

The Manager needs to work on phone skills. Hanging up on paying customers is not cool.

The company lacks customer care... they are unkind and Needs to learn how to care for the customers they get that call in for assistances
