I placed an order to be delivered in which Kelly took my address and phone number. A reasonable time later, the delivery person contacted me via phone to inform me he couldn't find our place. After explaining to him where we were located, it was determined he wasn't even in the correct town. I called the restaurant and nicely explained to them that their delivery person was lost. I was given a few excuses as to why there was a mix up. I completely understand that sometimes mistakes happen but isn't it easier to just admit a mistake was made and then fix it? What really angered me is that Kelly went on to blame me for the error. Apparently she thinks I gave her the wrong address when in fact, I'd make bets that she entered it into her new system (as she put it) incorrectly. As I said, I can understand that mistakes happen but blaming the customer? Totally unprofessional and unacceptable! I highly doubt I will be doing business here again.

My husband and I live in huntsville Alabama and we were in the area at the begining of July and ordered a large pizza and it was the best we have ever had! We have three teenagers so we have had our share of pizza and your is by far the best! We would like to know if you are able to send one through the postal services? We would pay for shipping of course. Thank you so much.
