Provided by YP.comHorrible experience. Not only do the techs take forever to schedule you but when they finally came to look at our dishwasher they said it wasn't broken. Then i explained to them what was broken and then i suddenly needed a new motor. Ordered that and came in a week. Waited 3 weeks for them to come back and install it. Installed it with all the old seals and gaskets when they knew they shouldn't but they didn't have any new ones. We tried the dishwasher and it leaked. Had to wait another 3 weeks for them to come back and say the used gaskets are bad and then reordered those. Ordered a new gasket which came in a week. Waited another 3 weeks for them to come back and then said we have no record of the appt. Its been 3 months and our dishwasher is still not working.

Provided by YP.comService Call was for a Nordictrack Treadmill, Sears Website says they work on these, The service tech's disagree. Needless To say Sears was unable to repair our treadmill. First guy thought it was the motor controller, after spending $300 on a new controller, the tech who came out on the second visit (to replace controller after it was shipped to us) found the controller was not the problem and stated that he thought it was the drive motor. Don't know why the first tech had no way to determine if motor was bad or not before telling us to order parts. So we are currently waiting for a replacement motor from Nordictack and if this doesn't fix it will have to pay again to have Nordictrack come work on it. UGH!!!!!

Provided by YPmobileAfter being told it was a $80 charge for them to send someone out but the cost would be applied towards the total cost of the repair. It was NOT. The serviceman that stopped by was rude and whined about a little water on the floor from the hoses being disconnected. The final cost was $130 for the guy to bang the pump and a plug broke loose. And him standing in my basement for 30 minutes. I would never recommend anyone call them. Over priced and complete jerk that I got to pay for.
