Was at Phonsavan last nite in Appleton celebrating a birthday party. The place is sooooooooooooooooo cheap! only 10 items on the menu....... my sister in-law order over $400 of food and even the cooks + other workers came out to much on the food.



Then the owner tried to kick everyone out before 2:00 AM while the Detroit people still have over 4 1/2 case of Budlight.... he then refused to refund them............ idiot kept going to ask the security guard to kick all the Hmong out at 1:45 AM
