I had to have my strut towers repaired on my Dodge Caravan because they had rusted out and it was dangerous to drive. I went to one place and was quoted the repair would cost around $1500-$1800. I went home and researched places online, and took a chance on Peotters. I went over and got an estimate from them and they quoted me $600! What a difference! I scheduled an appointment and was told the repair would take 2 days. The day after I dropped off my van they called and said it was ready. Early! Then I went to pay, I expected some creeping costs like taxes etc. to be added on to the $600 estimate but when I went to pay-the bill it was less than $600. WOW! Big smile! Went out to my van and the seat was in the place I left it (I am short) and the van was clean-no oil or mud from people working on it. Very professional and detail oriented. Honest, straight forward and courteous. I am adding them to my phone contacts for any future work I may need. Not only that-this is a family run business. 5 stars all the way!
