We called for service and were able to have our carpets cleaned in a few days. The owner of the company was our technician and he did a fabulous job. We had almost 3000 ft of carpet cleaned for under $200 (with a coupon).

I am very disappointed with the non-service. The technician came early to my house Anna left a minute before I got there. If you make an appointment for 1 o'clock do not show up early unless you're calling the homeowner and letting them know. Most people have to work during the day. Very unprofessional. I got home at 12:59 and he had already been gone and said that I wasn't there. I tried to get a hold of their office and nobody picked up and then I finally got a text message from the owner saying that he wasn't working that day. I took off work for the rest of the day to be here and had my house cleaned and everything moved. Very very unprofessional. I would never use the service or recommend it to anybody. We have used Mint Condition a couple of times. All with great results. I have to wonder if the first review was even talking about the same company because I was able to get a hold of Mint Condition many times and have never had any problems. Thanks Mint, keep up the good work. I will continue to use you for my rental properties! As a side not to the first comment, you should not be responsible for getting the carpets cleaned. In Wisconsin, as long as there is only normal wear and tear the landlord can not make you clean the carpets or pay for them to be done.

We called Mint Condition on the recommendation of my sister who also had them clean her carpets. They were so pleased with the reasonable rates and super clean carpets. We couldn't be more pleased with our cleaning either. In fact I am calling tomorrow to set up an upholstery cleaning! We will go back again and again.

I called Mint Condition to make an appointment to have our rental cleaned before turning in our keys to our landlord at the end of our lease. I made an appointment on Saturday for first thing in the morning. After a hectic week of moving, the last thing that needed to be done was the cleaning and I *thought* that was taken care of...

The morning of the appointment, I returned to meet up with Mint Condition and let him in. He never showed. I called for about the next hour and every time went straight to voicemail.

I ended up having to set up getting the carpets cleaned with our landlord who ended up charging us over $300 for the last-minute cleaning. With an original quote of less than $100 from Mint Condition, they ended up costing us OVER $200 JUST FOR CALLING THEM TO DO THE WORK.

Save yourself some money and call someone else. A cheaper quote doesn't mean they will actually show up
