Started the job and did not complete it successfully. When we called to have them fix what they hadn't finished in the first place, after we had already paid them, they set up times to come over several days in a row only to no-show each time. When we called to ask why nobody was coming, their reply was something of... If you don't want to pay twice, then we won't show up twice. We should not, nor should any consumer, have to pay twice for a service that was not finished properly to begin with. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Their complete lack of professionalism and respect for the customer was appalling.

I used Lee's plumbing for my in home daycare several years ago. I told him I did not have time to pick out what I needed. I gave him an idea of what I wanted and told him I trusted him. He did an excellent job...plus he was able to get in when I needed him. Others would make me wait several week to a month. I recently called him for another upcoming project and he was very knowledgable about the process. Some plumbers say you should pick out what you want and they will install it. Lee's helped me every step of the way...told me where to look...I could even look online and tell him what I wanted and he would take care of the rest! Awesome! I am a busy business person and don't want to run to a bunch of different home improvement stores...plus I like stuff done fast...he is awesome about both scenarios! Will highly recommend him.

I would NEVER use this company EVER. I emailed with a plumbing issue and they hadn't called me back by noon the next day. I called them and he said he didn't bother to call me because I hadn't paid a back balance........first of all, my builder told me HE was taking care of the balance and second of all, the pipes were in crooked, which caused the issue in the first place - and they were the ones that did it!!! So, I need my water heater fixed and said I would pay the back balance to get them here....but he said he refused to take a check from me because "frankly ma'am, I don't trust a check from you". SERIOUSLY. BAAAAAAAAD way to run a business. Bad enough they had NO intention to call me back today, but then to disrespect me...awful. I called another plumber and will NEVER call Lee's again. I only gave this business a 1 star, because it wouldn't let me leave NO star.
