Provided by YP.comI went to pick up a printer, my old one had died and I wanted a new one, right away! I picked one out and after waiting in line for 15 minutes, the line was not moving. With only one check out lane available, apparently management is unwilling to open a second checkout, even with 5 people in line. I got pissed and went to Walmart, picked out a similar printer, where check out was a breeze. FYI I don't normally even shop at Walmart, and now I will no longer shop at Best Buy. Sorry BB, you lost a customer for life!
