I took my dog Jethro to them and he was matted, They worked hard and really groomed him nice. They went the extra mile and I appreciate them.

It would have been a higher rating, but the lady who checked me out was quite rude in her atonement towards the process of grooming my mother's poodle-mix. Customer Service is lacking, especially for a first time client. I think we will continue our search for an over quality establishment.
