I love this dry cleaner, yes I know the prices have gone up but prices have gone up on everything and everywhere but anyway my husband loves the way they do his starch pants just the way he likes them as for me they can get my white suits for church really clean I even started bringing robes for the choir and they got them looking great they used to have hint of yellow on them and if there is ever a time when I bring something in that they don’t feel comfortable cleaning they just return it along with a refund instead of going through with cleaning and damaging it which I really appreciate

The quality and service at Trinity Cleaners in Apopka, Florida is POOR. I took a comforter to be dry cleaned and was told it would be ready in 9 days. When I arrived on day 9, it had not be cleaned. When I returned 3 days later to pick it up, it was placed in a bag damp and had an odor. Obviously, I would not let these incompetent individuals attempt to again dry clean my valuable comforter. I left my name and number twice for the manager to call me and weeks later have yet to hear anything. Unfortunately, I had to take it to another cleaner and have Trinity's mistake made right. The other cleaner was willing, able, and eager to make remedy the poor quality provided by Trinity. No return call from the management team displays a lack of commitment to quality customer service.

I cannot recommend this cleaner because not only did they ruin my wife's jacket but then gave her false promises and lies. When my wife pointed out the damage to April, the Manager, April stated that the damage would be repaired and everything would be taken care of. My wife informed her that we were leaving for a trip in 1-1/2 weeks and she would need the jacket by then. April said she would talk to the owner and get everything resolved. The owner has done nothing but lie and stall and now my wife had to buy a new coat for our trip. It's disgraceful how they have reacted to this situation. We frequented this cleaner since it opened, but we will never return.

Trinity 2.25 cleaners are the worst type of cleaners i've been to. quality of the cleaning and ironing sucks, i am not going to 2 dollar cleaners again.

Unacceptable and frustrating that my silk shirt is a total piece of junk now from 2.25 Trinity Cleaners. Don't take a chance like i did in cheap cleaners like this. I thought i can save some $ but now i have to buy another expensive silk shirt. Worthless and upsetting

They messed up my husband's shirt COMPLETELY. I am not sure how it can happen. my friend recommended me this place but now... i don't go here any more....
