Maybe they're better at brief events, they certainly don't have the stamina for good service on long term rentals. I set up a monthly service account with this company about 1 year ago. I chose them because they were one of the few companies that would service my area & they were cheapest.
They were to provide 1 portable restroom & service it weekly. Many times my employees informed me that our restroom hadn't been serviced on its regular day & was dirty. When I called T&S their excuses ranged from the following:
- the gate was closed (often is for security, they were aware & agreed to call)
- no one was there to open the gate (they were aware of our hours, 8-4)
- they ran out of time to get all the way out there (they accepted the job)
- they stated their driver records showed that we were serviced.
I'm not personally at the location, so I couldn't confirm. However, I did have a 2nd portable restroom setup briefly at my own location where I personally saw their truck come & go from the property. I immediately inspected the unit & found it clearly not cleaned, but they stated that their driver records show it was cleaned. I told them their driver was there, but, bizarrely, w/o cleaning. No explanation or apology, but they did send someone to clean it "again". I only saw them clean it 1 other time. They've provided no discount or refund for services not received. I tried to be patient while they get on track, but today, I had enough. They did not service my unit on Friday, they said they would "try" to service it this Friday if they're in the area, but instead they discreetly picked up the unit w/o informing me today. When I finally got ahold of Terry, he said they decided to discontinue service. No explanation was given for why they couldn't service my restroom today, but they managed to pick it up within a few short hours.
Bottom line: They may be cheap, but you will not get what you paid for at this company & they have no qualms about falsifying service records.
