Three times during the last two years I’ve had damages to my Acura and Camry handled by CarStar R&R. Their customer service is world class – five star. They set up the appointment, call to remind you, and keep you advised of the pickup time. They have never had a schedule slippage with my repairs. The new paint matched perfectly, and you can’t see where any damage or repair work was done. Do yourself a favor and let these pros handle your car painting/repair. As an extra service, they washed the cars. They are hassle free, and I highly recommend their service.

I was never updated on my vehicles repairs, I called them everyday and was told another 3 days, however the original estimate was 7 days and $3,000 repair the total ended with 32 days and $9,900 in repairs. Very very unprofessional my car was covered in dirt and the leather seats were both stained with grease marks. The front bumper fell off my car after two days of driving and I was told a piece was forgotten to be replaced. They returned the car with a broken fog lamp "because they didn't realize it was broken" when my car was hit and the front was completed crushed in, i guess they assumed light bulbs survived impact at 50 mph. All parts replaced on my car were used and buffed to look new, after a few weeks it became very obvious as half the car looked new and the other half looks old and dirty. Many corners were cut and the quality was well below par. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Gerber is a way better choice.

I was never kept informed or updated on the progress, as initially told I would be. Every time I called, I got the run around on why my truck wasn't ready. It's still not. Maybe in another 2-3 days they tell me. They've had my truck for 15 business days. Maybe 18 days is the magic number? I've heard a slew of excuses from both the "estimator" Max and owner John (?). The best excuse was that the insurance companies keep sending them cars to repair. Wow!

Got my car repaired at this place! Manager swore if I had any issues afterwards to come back and address them. Well, three weeks later I came back because my vehicle was not assembled correctly! Unfortunately that same manager have changed his tone with me and he pointed me back to my insurance. What a joke! They are sweet to you at first and as soon as they get paid customer service is out the door. Bolts, clips missing, unfinished job on some parts od the vehicle, had to come back after innicial complition day. Nightmare!
