They are a little expensive, but worth it. They found my problem without just changing parts. At least they are mechanics and not just part changers. Used body shop also, and learned that it is the same way. Will definitely use them when in Central Florida. Great experience. Thanks.

KARL will have availability if in stock how much ,if he has to order it and when it will be there.helps me out when iam on the road if i need a cross reference number. Used Orlando Freightliner today. Very quick service and they know their stuff. i recommend them to everyone. Enjoyed working with Bob the service director. If you need anything stop in and see them.

Typical service department "we get to it when we get to it" people were nice. I dropped my 2006 columbia to have seals replaced on the 10th. That night they call me and say my key doesn't work on the the drivers side. I asked if they tried the passenger side? They said no. I said try it. They did and it worked, imagine that. Next day I call for a status update at 3pm. They said they tried to call at noon but no answer. They read the number back and ithe was wrong. They suggested someone wrote it down wrong yet they called me the night before. How does that happen? I figure that mess up cost me an extra day an motel room. Anyway, the quoted me nearly 1100 but the actual cost was 939 so no complaints there. The lounge is small. On a side note taxis don't want to come out there. Not freightliners fault just a note if you go there plan for transportation in advance.

I took my 2016 Freightliner to Orlando Freightliner yesterday and met with Mr. Roy Underwood in the body shop and he looked at my truck and said I can do that today and he did, Mr. Underwood was very professional and did exactly what he said he would do and I am very pleased with the job he did on my truck. I will only take my truck to Orlando Freightliner from now on.

We bought a Cascadia in 2008 and have dealt with a few Freightliner dealers with all the various warranty work it has required. But never in our lives have we dealt with such lack of professionalism as we encountered at the Orlando Freightliner dealership over what should have been a simple job.



We had the repair quoted by another facility far from home who confirmed they had the parts in stock, given what a routine repair it was. I emailed the quote to Mr. Roy Underwood of the Orlando Freightliner, their body shop manager well in advance so he could have a heads up on parts.



The next week, we met with Mr. Underwood when we delivered the truck to his repair facility. He said he could start on it immediately. We told him the insurance adjuster couldn't meet us as planned but would be by later that day. He said not to worry -- he knew the insurance folks, worked with them all the time.



UPDATE: If I could give it a minus stars I would. Turns out the paint job to this routine repair lasted all of three months and is now peeling off in blotches the size of my hand. We renamed this bunch of idiots Orlando Frightliner when we warn other truckers about them.
