This company is the absolute worst! We contracted them for the 2013 Lone Star Rally in Galveston, TX at the end of October. They were supposed to have the tent set up Wednesday morning Oct. 30, to be ready and waiting for us when we arrived in early afternoon. We flew in from the East Coast and had shipped our merchandise out, and had 15 boxes waiting for us to set up inside the tent. They did not show. Numerous phone calls went unanswered, with no replies to voicemails. At 3 p.m. I spoke with someone from the company who said we were next on the list, about an hour more. They didn't show up till 11 p.m. to set up the tent. We waited 5 1/2 HOURS at the spot, AFTER we were told they'd be over in an hour. Several other phone calls told us one more hour, but in fact it was 8 hours after the 3:00 call. This was on top of expecting them to have it set up in the morning. We were not able to set up our booth for the rally until the following day, when the rally had already started. With torrential rains that day, it was difficult to manage the setup, and we lost an additional day due to not having the tent set up when expected.The tent supplied was dirty, and the flaps were held up in some parts with make-shift zip-ties, where hooks had broken.This company was completely unresponsive and unprofessional. Never entrust them with an important event!
