Mr. Douglas "maintains" a Conservation Area in our subdivision, Woodfield Oaks. My property is adjacent to it. He has systematically destroyed approximately 18 inches of my turf along the entire length of the fenceline which separates the two plots. Instead of using a string trimmer to control the weeds, he uses weed killing chemicals which, consequently causes the damage mentioned above. All the other neighbors next to the Conservation Area have suffered the same damage. When he mows, the discharge chute is aimed at property owners property. Simple fix: Roll clockwise so clippings/dirt are directed away from neighbor pools/outdoor furniture. Requests have been made to Mr. Douglas...but, he just doesn't seem to "get it"

Mr. Douglas has been maintaining a conservation area in our subdivision adjacent to my home for a number of years. Spraying growth with weed killing products while destroying one foot to 18 inches of my turf. On my side of the fence, I use a weed trimmer. He is also the president of our HOA, conflict of interest? Perhaps: President of HOA and landscape contractor for our association, just a thought:). I would not recommend his services based on his repeated disregard/disrespect for others property,
