My name is Chuck. I was apprehensive about pedicures but started going to Lan's a few years ago. All has been great till I was burned by a towel so hot my foot has taken 4-5 weeks to scab over. NASTY burn. I called Lan to turn down her towel heater. She was very apologetic but why can't I find her email now? The website changed. I sent her a picture of the burn. It was an accident. Wouldn't a good business woman offer me a free visit for the pain and suffering? Lan?

I am so pleased with the attention and care given to me by Lan! I come for manicures, pedicures and massages. This place...I highly recommend!
