So I signed up for 4 treatments last March. Then cancelled in June. I receive calls now every 3-4 weeks asking me to restart my service which is another pain in my ***. Now 1 week ago I have some paperwork on my front door saying that they treated my lawn. Some douche came onto my property and squirted his stuff all over my lawn while I'm at work and now they are charging me 179 bucks?. So I call customer service and I state that I have cancelled my service why is this guy trespassing on my property without prior authorization?. Your account is reactivateed at the beginning of the year?. No I cancelled I tell her,. What is your cancellation number?, she asks". You owe the money there is nothing I can do sir?. I cancelled! These guys are fraudulent! There is nothing more to say!. Profit through deception". Never sign up with heron lawn and pest! I repeat don't do it you will regret it.

Funny how after a few bad reviews from "real customers". They just happen to get 7 great 5 Star rating in one day. Really. You guys suck!

I had another company for years and I continuously saw my lawn declining. Someone recommended Heron and I have never turned back. Our lawn is now GREEN and healthy. If I have a question the office staff are friendly and knowledgable. My next door neighbor is now a true believer and I'm hoping the whole neighborhood hires Heron because this will be one great looking neighborhood. Both beautiful lawns and bug free houses. Thanks Heron!

I have been using Heron for over 8 years now (at 2 homes). They do a great job and definately go above and beyond!We started using their pest control, and over the years have added shrub & lawn service! We recommend them to EVERYONE!

Prior to using Heron Lawn and Pest I had a terrible time keeping my grass looking green and weed-free. After only a few applications from Heron, my grass starting looking greener, thicker, and the weeds were gone. I have recommended Heron to several of my neighbors and their yards look great also! I would highly recommend using this company for lawn and pest control.

Sod replacment, No joke I water 1 1/8" all zones they treated the lawn and the bugs eat up parts of my lawn . They told me I need to water at least 3/4" a zone . They are going to treat the lawn and get it to grow back. So what happened to sod replacment.

Where to start....They have an excellent sales staff. They are terrible at communication. Their techs are no different than any other company out there, its a hit and miss and on to the next job.I guess the company can only be as good as its employees...They have a sod replacement guarantee. Sort of an insurance policy for your lawn. BUT, after a year of service and several call backs for areas dying and weeds galore,(sedge, spurge and clover) to be told time and time again I need to put down more water, and I did, then being as persistent as I am, they diagnosed a problem with chinch bugs and mole crickets over an area of several hundred sq.ft...Did the sod replacement guarantee kick in? NO! they wanted to nurse it back to health over the next several months.The mgr was concerned about the sedge problem, so he had them use "sedgehammer" its a ridiculusly expensive product to use but they did, ONCE!I recieved notice that my cost of service was goin to be raised by 19.00 per treatm

Heron took over lawn care, shrub care, and pest control for me after the company I used for years was bought out. They do good work from what I can see so far. The people who answer the phones have been helpful too. My neighbor just hired them too, and she is pretty particular about who she lets into her house.

I have your service for seceral months. I finally cancled when I had no grass and I asked that you just treat for bugs and weeds at the same cost. You refused and ony wanted to raise my cost even though there is nothing but weeds. I tried to explain that at some point I will be getting new sod but in the mean time wanted the bugs and weeds killed off. Again you ignored my requests and keept calling me trying to keep my business. I had all the intentions of getting your service back when I got my new sod but, now I am having serious thoughts about getting another service company.

Just started with this company so far so good. I have spoke to other people about them....honest need them to come out again to do redo's never problem. Call when they are coming to your home.Looking forward to the good service people say.

My lawn is the same as last year...bad condition after paying $ 600
