I can tell you that in my 43 years of being on this planet I have never - ever been treated so horribly by a place of bussiness as I had on 12/3/16 at extreme motor sports. Wanted to bring it in that day for a " tune up." I made sure to email them on December 2nd to make sure they could still accomodate me because when I purchased the go kart they did not seem to be too organized so I had a feeling something might go wrong with the scheduling. I get there, Heidi is in the showroom and asks me if she can help me. I tell her I am there for a tune up. She rolls her eyes at me and mumbles that she is going to kill Tina in the back. Wow! What a way to greet a customer! I told myself to be calm and ignore her rude behavior. She goes in the back without saying a word to me. 5 minutes later comes out with a clipboard without saying anything to me. I start to fill it out and I have a bunch of questions but too afraid to ask cause of her rotten attitude. She goes in the back, comes back to me as I'm still filling out the paperwork and rudely tells me I will have to pick it up later that day. Beside the fact that I live an hour from this place our original agreement was for me to pick it up later in the week. At this point I get upset and confront her about the email. She snidely remarks "yeah well you emailed three weeks ago." I reminded her that I had just emailed the day before to confirm. Have these people ever heard of an appointment book? Then I confront her about her rolling her eyes at me and of course she denies it. Turned and got out of there in a hurry and will never go back. This person either needs to spend many hours engroess in customer relation courses or just stick her in the back garage. But then again, she is so gifted at being rude she will probably end up offending the scooters and go karts back there. My instincts told me there was something wrong with this place the day I made my purchase. Another lesson learned the hard way.

Mostly smiles when you're handing over your money, but I've never met anyone so rude in my life as when I had to go back for a problem. She was hostile, immediately defensive and acted like I was the biggest inconvenience to her day. I wish I could find somewhere else for repairs, but there are few options unfortunately. I wish I had never bought from there.

while they do adequate work selling scooters , they are terrible at repairs. I have on more than one occasion had to wait over a month to get repairs done. They have higher than average prices and are less than friendly after they have sold you one. They have a prepay policy on repairs that leaves you with little option but to wait for repairs,. It is simple if you buy from here have a better place lined up for repairs. buying a scooter from them has been a mistake.

Very Helpful. When I bought my scooter I was completely new to the concept. They showed me several models and helped me pick the best one for me. Not the most expensive but the one that fit what I needed best. They answered all of my silly questions and never made me feel stupid. They showed me how to operate it and maintain it. *BUYER BEWARE* This was the worst buying experience I have ever experienced. I manage 20 retail stores and I have never seen such behavior, total lack of professionalism, lack of respect, lack of customer service and total lack of common sense. Don’t be fooled by the website or the unanswered phone. This is a very small company run by a very hateful angry person. They do not take anything but cash or check and have a zero refund policy because they know they have zero customer service and once they get your money you are going to want it back. After calling over 20 times in two days to try and talk to someone I got through to a person who made me feel like I was completely inconveniencing them to ask a question. Having never seen the business I assumed they were a very popular busy business and I was just unlucky and got a bad receptionist. I called back a second time and decided to try and make a transaction because I could not find another mini 4 wheeler within driving distance and I wanted to ride with my son the coming weekend. It took about 12 calls to get through. They would only take my bank routing and an instant verified check. A red flag went up but I wanted to ensure I could ride with my son and their web presence and web reviews seemed good. I arrived to pick up the quad and was instantly concerned when I pulled up to a dirty small shop. There were two people working and when someone finally came into the showroom it was the angry voice on the phone. Now that I could see the 4 wheelers in person I saw that I wanted to buy bigger rims and tires to go on my son’s quad. I was scolded and yelled at. I was told I didn’t know what I was talking about, it couldn’t be done and the two people at the shop argued back and forth. So if I couldn’t buy the bigger rims and tires I offered to pay more for the upgraded 4wheeler. It would be a bigger sale for the shop. No brainer for them right? The upgraded 4wheeler was available and not sold per the shop. I got chastised and screamed at. Again the two people at the shop argued, and I was given a slew of excuses none of which made any sense. “I put gas in the one you ordered online it is yours! You can’t change! No refunds or exchanges!” I offered to pay for the gas. By the way there was 1 cup of gas in the tank. “I turned people away from the one you bought! There are no refunds or exchanges!” They had two more of the same model right there next to where I was being yelled at. I could go on. All I wanted to do was spend more, give this angry person more money. I honestly felt like walking away and leaving my $900 and the 4wheerler. Do yourself a favor and stay away. I drove 100 miles one way to learn the hard way. The bigger rims and tires would fit and I ordered them online the next day. Judging by the condition of the shop, real inventory level, and attitude towards the customer I would never spend my money here again. They wanted $40 for an intake manifold that you can buy for $7 + 3$ shipping online.

Check These Guys Out - GREAT SERVICE and PRICES!

I wanted to buy an ATV for my 14 year old daughter and like everyone I shopped around. My buddy told me that I would probably find what I was looking for at Extreme Motor Sales.

He was right! The girls at Extreme Motor Sales provided me with a number of options and I ended up purchasing the BMS 300CC. Needless to say that my daughter loves her new quad! A few days after I bought the ATV I received a call from Tina to thank me for purchasing with them and she gave me her contact number and email so that if I had any questions to let her know, WOW what attention to detail.

I bought a scooter there and it was going bad from the beginning. Everything started breaking and the best they could come up with was that it was MY fault or that it was not covered under warranty. They have horrible customer service skills. YOU DO NOT WANT TO TALK TO HEIDI, she does not know how to talk to customers and has no customer service skills whatsoever. Now they are telling me that the engine might be blown and that if it is, i have to pay for it because the exhaust keeps getting undone. The exhaust that was put on was a aftermarket exhaust that THEY installed and HEIDI supposedly fixed it once and it came undone again. I bring it back for the same problem and they say that it's my fault and that rebolting the exhaust together everyday is part of regular maintenance.



They have nothing but bad reviews everywhere, you can check for yourselves. The only good reviews they have are the ones that they wrote themselves.



DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T GET SCAMMED. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Extreme Motor Sales Has Bad Business Practices

The order I received from ExtremeMotorSales was missing two pieces and another was damaged by the shipping company (not ExtremeMotorSales fault). The true measure of a company is how they treat you when things don't go to plan. ExtremeMotorSales promised to set things right. Nothing was ever done. I contacted the shipping company and they told me that EMS never followed up on the damaged part. Even though EMS told me that it was filed and the delay was on the shippers end.My contact at ExtremeMotorSales is a master at dodging questions with misdirection to delay it past 3 months then when it's past the time you can file a complaint with your credit card to have the charges reversed.I would never recommend this company to anyone. They take advantage of the fact that returning merchandise shipped in crates is a huge cost and burden for most.

Extreme Motor Sales is the best!

This place is the bomb. They are nice. They have the best prices in Orlando and probably anywhere in the state of Florida.Great people. They take the time to talk to you, learn about how you like to ride and where. They share a few stories about their riding experiances and offer some tips on great places to go.When you walk out you feel like you just left your best friends house. And you look forward to going back again. Unlike most of the shops in this area, they seem to really care!They're knowledgeable, too. They have a service shop in the back and while I was there, they had 2 people come in for service and they were out of there in 30 mins!Their price for a helmet , gloves, and goggles out the door was LESS than the price of just the helmet at the store around the corner!I'm teling you, you wont go wrong stopping by Extreme Motor Sales. Just say hi, pet the dogs, Bob the Cat, or have a cup of Coffee. We cant wait to go back!
