I wouldn't even give them one star. My husband went there because he cut his finger really deep and wanted to get a tetanus shot. I called our insurance to make sure it would be covered, and they said it would be, plus our co-pay of course. Well, they told my husband that it wasn't covered, and tried to get more money out of him to bandage it up. He paid for the shot out of pocket, believing them. These people are crooks, and I will NEVER use them again!!!

I would not go here for care again after what I had been through. I had a broken wrist and had to report back the next day after x ray technician looked at my x rays. I made an appointment at 2PM to have a temporary cast put on and pick up my x ray disc . I waited one hour in the room and still nothing was done. Putting on the cast should have taken about 5 min. and burning the disc. 20 min. at most. The nurse said she could not do two things at one and said something was wrong with the computer. i was going to leave and said so out in the waiting room by his time. She said very nasty remarks like my fault over and over. She was not professional. Her sweater which she had on both days was ratty and It was torn. Worst care ever. I found out the next day when I had to return to pick up the disc. nothing was wrong with the computer. She did not know how to burn the disc.

I needed to get the prescription for ear infection since you cant really get anything over the counter so I found this business on the internet. I had to pay $80 co-pay. Since I already knew I had an ear infection I was seen with the doctor for 2 minutes all together. I really just needed a prescription so I wouldnt be in pain another night. When I was checking out they said they that they sent the prescription to my local pharmacy and I would be able to pick up in a few minutes. I went to my pharmacy and waited and waited for an hour // no prescription came thru! They never send iti! So I ended up being without the medication for another night and out of $80!! I called them the next morning and all they could say was they are sorry. I would not recommend them to anyone. Terrible costumer service.

Do not use this location for lab works, I had blood drawn for a test on Monday they told me I should have the results by Wednesday, so I called Wednesday afternoon and they said that it would be Thursday around no later that 6PM which is when the lab results come in that they should have it, called Friday and they said they didn't know where the test was, that they would give me a call, they didn't. Called Saturday and the girl that answered said that it show the test completed but that they didn't have the results, that she would call me back. the girl did call me back and said that the lab was going to fax the result, called again 4hrs after to check and the girl that answered hung up on me twice she was rude and then said that they were gonna wait until 2PM if they didn't receive a fax. I'm still waiting for the test results, I agree with Gina, they just care about the money.

Solantic cares about money, not people. I went to Solantic in Apopka for some abdominal pain, more than likely, gas. I wrote on the check in paper that I was pregnant, I told the woman who took my blood pressure that I was 11 weeks pregnant... but somehow when the doctor came in, looked at my paperwork, He simply said that because I was pregnant, there was absolutely nothing he could do for me. While I appreciate that he didn't pretend to treat me without knowing what he was doing, they still made me pay because I "saw" the doctor. I find it hard to believe that they couldn't have told me from the beginning that he couldn't do anything. I called corporate to complain, someone from the Apopka branch called me back to say that he plans on changing that so in the future, people are informed that they won't be helped before they see the doctor. Well, that doesn't do anything at all for me. It's kinda like giving me an "oops" and expecting me to be okay with it. I wrote an email to the corporate office on Monday and have still not had any response what so ever. Solantic made it clear that they are there for profits, not for actually doing any good for people. I tried to save the money from the emergency room but try and get seen quicker than my ob-gyn could get me in, it was a big mistake.
