NO-NO-NO that rude man is no longer there and the nicest family you will ever find is running the store. I took my Dyson in to be cleaned and when I got it back it was like a new machine. The one belt that needed replacing was in stock and was not high priced. Please do your vacuums a favor and take them into this Apopka store and have them cleaned. My machine is now sucking up pet hairs better than when it was new. Don't put off having your vacuum serviced as you will get better use from it after it's been totally cleaned. This store is now being run by a friendly, knowledgeable family who are NOTHING like the old rude man who used to own the store. I'll be going back in soon to see their Christmas tree and to say hello again as I liked them so much, like my friends already. Good location, between Big Lot and Family Dollar. Jeanne

Excellent service. Brought my Dyson in for warranty work in the morning. Had the part needed in stock. Job done by afternoon and picked it up same day. Would recommend to others.

zero stars as well..Went there the other day and this man is STILL there...Was SO RUDE...I walked out and told him he was RUDE RUDE RUDE> NEVER will go back..I will buy a new cleaner first. CLASS A JERK...and he was recommended too,,,told my friend who recommend him about my "experience"

Can i do zero stars? Stay away from this place if you can. I was sent there by dyson warranty people and when I got there, an angry man behind the counter started in with a horrible attitude. He kept telling me to "lose the tude", so I left.. It seems very clear to me that this place is not interested in doing warranty repairs. I filed a complaint with dyson against this shop and its treatment of its customers. I'm sure it won't matter, but what else can be done these days?
